FAQ
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO ORDER?
Orders should be placed at least 2 weeks in advance. Orders requested less than 2 weeks in advance will incur a $10 / Dozen rush fee.

HOW DO I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Pick up address will be provided once payment is received, along with confirmation of the agreed pickup time.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
Zelle, PayPal, and Venmo are preferred methods. Payment is due a minimum of 2 weeks prior to pickup date.

HOW DO I ADD SWEETS + TREATS TO MY ORDER?
Please use the custom cookies order form and include which sweets you would like to add in the description box.

IS THERE A CANCELLATION WINDOW?
Orders cancelled within 1 week of the pickup date will be charged in full. Orders cancelled before 2 weeks will be refunded 50%.
